Low-cost housing application lodged

AN APPLICATION for a low-cost housing development in Sourton has been lodged with Dartmoor National Park Authority?s planning department.

Outline planning permission for the development on land adjacent to Alisford Cottage at Sourton Down was applied for by Mr D A Doubtfire.

The site adjacent to Alisford Cottage is approximately a fifth of an acre.

The application is likely to go before members of the national park?s planning committee at their May meeting.
