IN the first round of the Tavistock area School's Quick Cricket, Dartmoor Cup six teams took part in the competition which took place at Whitchurch Wayfarers Cricket Club. The winners were St Andrew's B, with their A team taking the runners up spot. Both teams will now go on to play in the cup final at Hatherleigh. Third and fourth places went to Whitchurch and Bickleigh Down B who go to the Shield final at Chagford, and the fifth and sixth places were filled by Princetown and Bickleigh Down A who will attend the trophy Final at Lewdown. All these games will take place on Wednesday, June 4.
