THE Son-Rise Cup Festival had some constructive news this week when Tinhay of Tavistock agreed to sponsor its size five footballs for the tournament on May 19 and 20.

Karen Curtis, Tinhay branch manager, said the building supplies firm were delighted to support the growing event, which supports autism charities and other local good causes.

Tournament organiser Allen Lewis thanked Tinhay and said the Son-Rise cup committee 'are thrilled once again by the support already this year!'
