THE home hockey side were keen to impress following their defeat away at Isca last week and it did not take long to see the first goal.

Youngster Barnaby Sargent-Megicks scored his first goal of the season Simon Fenwick scored another soon after, lifting the ball over the keeper before skipper Tom Honey scored his first goal of the season meaning the home side went into the break with a 3-0 lead.

The goals continued in the second half with Fenwick scoring another three to take his tally to ten for the season; forward and player of the match Henry Chamberlain scored his first league goal of the season and then went on to complete his hat-trick.

Dom Stanbury scored a fantastic solo effort beating several defenders before calmly finishing with a fine shot to beat the keeper at his far post. Midfielder Andy Berry also got on the scoresheet with a rocket like shot from the edge of the D following some great play from midfield duo Ollie Richards and Dom Stanbury.
