TAVISTOCK's Tate Budge took part at the South Coast Martial Arts open Competition in Plymouth in the Taekwon-do open and won a gold medal finish in black belt patterns.

Tate, aged 12, thanked his instructors for there help in the run up to the competition especially Mr Smith from Tavistock and Callington Martial Arts.
