THIS summer, junior swimmers aged between three and 16 years old are being given the chance to jump in the pool for just £1 as part of the Junior Swim Challenge.

Each swimmer is entered into a prize draw when they have completed 16 swims up to August 31.

In an effort to get more children swimming and to ensure they know how to stay safe in the pool, Meadowlands Leisure Pool in Tavistock and Parklands Okehampton Leisure Centre are offering the bargain swims from now until that date. If a child is already a Swim School member, they may already be entitled to unlimited swimming and can take the challenge for free.
