It was a chance for a few of the youngsters to compete at a larger venue and for the more experienced swimmers to improve on personal best times and to chase regional qualification times.
A successful weekend saw swimmers picking up a total of eight golds, four silver and nine bronze medals. Medals were also awarded for gaining a top six place in the 13-and-under age group and it was great to see the younger members collecting their first awards, said the club.
