CLARO Support, based in Crelake Industrial Estate, is pleased to be supporting the Son-Rise Cup event in May this year.
Now celebrating the football festival that brings abled and disabled together on the sporting front to promote action for autism, it is in its 10th year and is set to be the biggest and best event yet involving many people and businesses from the local community.
Claro's Greg Moore is also joining a football team in the event and the company is also extremely excited to come along to the day's events and cheer on all those taking part.
Claro Support themselves are celebrating their 10th birthday in July and the Son-Rise Cup's ethos particularly resonates with the line of work they operate in both locally and nationally.
By working closely with other organisations it provides one-to-one support to help individuals overcome disability related barriers including specific learning difficulties, visual impairments, hearing impairments, mental health conditions and autism.
A spokesperson for Claro said: 'We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, tailored, flexible support and training to encourage independence and enable people to achieve in education and the workplace.
He added that the company is proud to be able to support the local community of Tavistock and help to raise the awareness of autism by donating to such a worthy cause.
