AMY Jo Kiteley took part in the Tavy 7 and has now completed 16 of the 20 races this year for Cancer Research UK.

So far Amy has raised £250 for the charity and will be getting support from her friends at Duke's coffee house in Tavistock where she works. Staff there will be wearing their pyjamas to work on the first two fridays of November and donating half the money to Cancer Research and half to St Luke's Hospice in Plymouth.
