THE Kelly Preparatory School team attended the Devon Summer Games to compete for West Devon in the Year 5 and 6 Aquathon. Competitors raced in a six-length swim before going for a run. Their times were combined as a team and the results were given out at the closing ceremony. For Kelly Prep Gabrielle Wardle had an impressive swim as did Lottie Trevethan; there was a second place from Matthew Twyman and a third place from Toby Bower. Added together it meant first place — a superb achievement by the four young athletes. They were congratulated by South Tawton Olympic shootist Georgina Geikie.
