The Mount House School rugby first XII brought a relatively disappointing season to a close with a resounding victory away to Plymouth College.

Bertie Hughes opened the scoring for the visitors after some excellent handling, and soon after, the captain Alex D'Entrecasteaux drove over after sustained forward drives. Further pressure saw Jonty Walliker outflanking the Plymouth defence to give Mount House a healthy 17-0 half time lead.

After the break further tries from D'Entrecasteaux, Louis Down and George Stubbs sealed an excellent 36-5 victory.
