Ocean BMW Plymouth, the Devon Football Association, Tavistock AFC, Tavistock Tyres and Tavistock Community Sports Centre were just some of the many organisations who supported the festival.
The aim of the Son Rise Cup is to promote autism awareness and such was the response to the cause that more than 1,500 players take part in the weekend football tournaments for men, women, boys, girls with one of the highlight the one for people with special needs.
Allen Lewis, the founder and organiser of the tournament, said: 'It has been an absolutely brilliant tournament and it just gets better and better. The atmosphere at the final of the men's final between Blue Moon and Tavistock AFC was just electric, unforgettable.
