SEVERAL students from the Tavistock, Launceston and Plymouth and Jujitsu Clubs got involved with Tamerton Foliot Carnival by performing a jujitsu demonstration in front of hundreds of people.

Umberto, the Tavistock and Plymouth clubs instructor, said: 'For the third year running I was asked if I wanted to participate in this year's Tamerton Foliot Carnival by taking part in the parade as well as putting on a jujitsu demonstration. My response was an immediate yes. Some of the comments we received on the day included: 'It was fun and exciting', 'It was amazing', 'Where can I learn jujitsu?'
