PRE-season friendly results have been good for Tavistock AFC and things are looking promising for the forthcoming football season.

The Lambs recorded a fine win over Southern League Bideford by 3-1. They then followed this with a fine win at Western League Willand by 2-0.

The suffered their first set back when they lost at home to Conference South side Truro City, by 2-0. However, it was a fine performance against a team four tiers higher in the FA pyramid. The team were competitive throughout but conceded a goal in each half.
