SUCCESS for Tavistock's South West Kickboxing Academy brothers Rob and Andy Melville who earned their blue belts and Matt Helm his purple belt.

All three have been training hard both in sessions and outside of session improving there fitness, flexibility and martial arts skills to impress kickboxing head coach third Dan Steve Lilley.

Steve said: 'If all three keep up their hard work and commitments they are going to reach their first dan black belts in the next two years. All three are working toward possibly representing the SWKA later this year at Martial Arts All Styles (MAAS) semi contact fight days, working toward the possibility of title fights if they can gain enough experience and rating.'
