ON Saturday at Okehampton Golf Club members competed in a three ball, two to count Stableford competition.

Winners of division one with 85 points were club captain Evan Rees, Malcolm Hooper and Rob Green. In second place with 80pts were Chris Walsh, Kevin Pedrick and Jonathan Mansell and in third place were Phil Atherton, Bryan Evans and Gareth Holt with 79pts.

Winners of division two with 80pts were Roger Halliday, Norman Heslop and David Stallion. Second went to Steve Browne, Steve Pike and Brian May with 78pts and in third place with 77pts were Adam Cook, Eric Pengelly and Perry Vallance.

Nick Atkinson, Andy Shapland and Mick Curran won the recent Seniors’ yellow ball two to count Stableford with a great score, on a challenging day, of 106pts. Nick Waldron, Den Adams and John Ripley were second with 100pts.
