OKEHAMPTON Argyle FC youth will be holding an end of season fun day on Saturday, June 11 at the pavilion in Simmons Park.

All age groups from U6s-U15s will be playing mixed games and will welcome new players to come and join in.

Players will need shin pads and appropriate footwear to play. There will also be other football based fun attractions as well as catering facilities. The age group coaches will be playing a parents team and there will also be an adults ladies match.

The Youth annual meeting will be held on Monday, July 4 at the clubhouse, starting at 7pm.

Russell Metherell, the Okehampton Argyle youth secretary, said: ’Everyone is welcome to attend and let the committee know your thoughts and ideas. We would also welcome anyone who is interested in helping the club in the coming seasons, either working with the coaching team or on the administrative side.’
