IN an entertaining games at Langsford Park on Saturday there was no holding back from both teams.

Bere Alston took the lead in the fifth minute when James Follett hit the ball past Tavistock keeper Jamie Castle.

Paul Simpson scored to double the lead from the penalty spot to make it 2-0 at half-time.

Tavistock Reserves pressed forward in the second half but had to wait for a late goal by Ian Rook; however, it was not enough for the home side as the honours and three points went to the visitors.
