WEST DEVON brothers Andy and Rob Melville, have both successfully passed their third belt in kickboxing with the South West Kickboxing Academy.

Both brothers train between both classes at Tavistock and Pensilva and the grading pass shows their improvements since they started back in September under head SWKA coach third dan Steve Lilley. Steve said 'Both Andy and Rob have progressed really well, and show keen interest in teaching. It will be a slow process but I'm confident in a few year both will be successful in achieving their black belts.'

Brown and white belt Matt Lake from Tavistock and yellow belt Darren Styles from Pensilva were due to take part in a Martial Arts All Style fight day in Surrey on Saturday.

The SWKA is preparing to open their doors to Easter joiners, at Tavistock on a Friday and Pensilva on Tuesday.
