BERE Alston blew their chance of victory by not getting their final ball right, or choosing the wrong option.

With Mark Webber injured, Gerald Lake deputised and he was a spectator for most of the game — his only contribution to the first half was to take the ball out of the net after they got the offside wrong and Saltash's player ran through to score.

Bere camped in Saltash's half but couldn't get a break through as Saltash's keeper dominated his area.
