IT is surprising that the residents of St John's Court, Tavistock (Times, July 19), have not suggested to West Devon Borough Council that they move the recycling centre from Riverside Car Park to Pixon Lane Car Park where it would be more accessible and yet far from the madding — or maddened — crowd. Or have they?
