TAVISTOCK Morrisons' community champion Helen France is seeking out your ‘Woman of the Year’ to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8.

Helen, who recently visited shops and businesses in Tavistock handing out treats as ‘random acts of kindness’ and flowers and chocolates to couples in care homes on Valentine’s Day, is asking for nominations to recognise women who have played an extraordinary role in change.

‘Morrison’s would love to celebrate International Women’s Day and we would like to thank all the amazing women out there for making such a difference,’ she said.

• Do you know any woman locally who has achieved something incredible that stands out to you?
