A FORMER Tavistock College student is celebrating after completing his degree recently. Philip Webb attended Tavistock College until 2008 when he started medical studies at Sheffield University. He has now achieved a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with Honours degree and his family have expressed their congratulations to him.
