A MOTORCYCLIST and pillion passenger were taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision near St Ann's Chapel on Sunday.
The accident occurred on the A390 around 2.15pm and involved a black Yamaha R6 motorbike and a Renault Clio.
Police said both vehicles had been travelling towards St Ann's Chapel from the Callington direction prior to the collision.
The car, driven by a woman from Callington, had been turning right into an entrance when the accident occurred.
The male motorcyclist is said to be in a serious but stable condition at Derriford Hospital and the female pillion passenger is being treated for serious leg injuries.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
Police closed the road for two hours following the accident.
