Tavistock will tomorrow say farewell to cricket stalwart Eric Jarman who has died at the age of 93.
Eric Jarman known as ‘Mr Cricket’ enjoyed a near-70-year association with the town’s cricket club as a player, captain, administrator, president and supporter.
His remembrance service takes place tomorrow (Tuesday) at 2pm at St Eustachius’ Church and will be a celebration of a live lived to the full on and off the cricket field.
