OFFICERS from Callington Police Station are appealing for witnesses, after a wooden shed at a home in Werrington Drive was forced open between Sunday, October 15 and Monday October 23. If anyone has any details regarding this incident they should contact the station on 08452 777444 and quote the crime reference number BN/06/652. In addition, police are appealing for information after several incidents of vandalism were committed at the town?s Recreation Ground and Skate Park between October 18 and 19. At the skate park, between 9am on October 18 and 10am the following day, seven wooden panels were ripped out from the ground. An additional three fence panels were ripped from the ground between 2pm on October 19 and 8am the following day. And between 9am on October 18 and 9am the next day, a wooden gate worth £50 was ripped from its hinges. If anyone has information on these incidents they should contact Callington Police Station on the above number and quote crime reference number BN/06/644 and BN/06/647 for the wooden panels, and BN/06/643 for the gate.
