COULD something be done concerning the mess around Benson Meadows, ie; empty broken lager bottles, spar shop plastic bags, etc? I walked though it this week and was disgusted with what I saw. It?s not what we want our visitors to see. We would like them to visit us again, not dismiss us as just another town with a problem with young people and drink and drugs. I propose that all the councillors who asked us all to vote for them in the recent local elections get together and address this problem and at the same time be seen to do it on behalf of all of us for the good of Tavistock.
