ANYONE taking a stroll recently along the cycle path at Crowndale will have been treated to the sight of the overflowing bins on both sides of the Crowndale Road, reported by me last Tuesday (October 23) and still not emptied, as well as the overflowing dog waste bin at Monksmead. At all their bases are banked carefully placed bags of dog poo and other rubbish, like offerings at some sacred though ghastly monument.

Every week the Times prints a letter or article on this subject. Couldn't there be a pull-out section devoted to Focsa's Failures, rather like the property section? In fact, wouldn't it be a good idea to have it in the property section, with photos, so that people considering moving here would be aware of what happens. I'm sure you'd have no problem filling it and it could be very popular.
