I AM hoping that the kind lady who helped my son and our fatally injured puppy on the Callington Road on Thursday, March 3 may read this and know we are exceedingly grateful for her thoughtfulness and heart of compassion. If she reads or hears of this letter and would like to collect the item she left with us on that day please call at our home. No-one has come forward to report that they had run over a dog as they left Tavistock that day. We do not wish to allot blame; however it is necessary to stop if one is involved in an accident. We are coming to terms with our loss and would like to highlight the kindness shown by the lady who did stop to help. Our heartfelt thanks to her and we hope some time to thank her in person.
