PLEASE could l say a big thank you to the people who picked up my injured cat on Friday January 28 on Station Road, Horrabridge, outside the old butchers and took her to Westmoor Vets that evening. l had been looking for her with my two children since Saturday. I phoned the vets at Tavistock to see if she had been brought in and they said a cat with that description had been found. I went in to pick her up and found that the people who had brought her in actually saw her being run over. She has very bad injuries, although not life threatening, thank God. Many thanks to the Vets at Westmoor. l would like to say to that person who ran her over: Have you no conscience? Were you on your way home from work taking this road as a short cut whilst speeding?
