HAVE you seen the Christmas lights in town? They are all working for once.
It looks so bad, all the shops closed in the main street, just because the council put up the rent.
What else should we do with the Meadows? Slides are closed, swings are broken, the roundabout isn't even there and frankly it's boring.
The holiday is coming soon but what will children do? Christmas will be fun, but the few days before school starts again there will be nothing to amuse them.

We need more activities like skating rinks, the sports complex which should have been built two years ago in Crowndale Road, maybe we could make Meadowlands better and bigger, anything to liven up Tavistock, all we have is the Wharf and TACRA sports centre.
What do tourists think when they come to Tavistock? Dull town and nothing to do. We should make the council think of fun things to build instead of pubs and clubs for adults.
