A PLANNING application for a Tesco store on the outskirts of Tavistock has been delayed for a second time.

West Devon Borough Council was due to consider the planning application by Marchfield Properties, which owns the site, at the beginning of November but was postponed until later this month.

It has now been delayed again until the next borough council planning meeting on January 7.
