A WEST Devon amateur golfer has secured himself a place in the prestigious Audi Quattro Cup UK final this September after coming fourth in the events regional stage.
Terry Steer, from Germansweek, completed his round at the Exeter Audi Woodbury Park Golf Club event in just 38 shots to land his place in the finals on September 21 and 22.
Along with 18 other pairs of hopefuls, Terry and his partner Peter Lesser will be heading for Warwickshire?s Forest of Arden in the hope of booking a ticket to the Audi Quattro World Cup Finals.
The winning pair and runners-up from September?s UK final will head for Vilamoura in Portugal in October, where thirty countries will be represented at the international event.
