A WHITCHURCH Primary School pupil completed a cycle ride from Tavistock to Plymouth and back to raise money for charity.

Ten-year-old Fenella Dixon cycled the route recently and has so far raised more than £100, which will be given to her two favourite charities Guide Dogs and Children in Need.

Fenella was supported by her mum Joanna and two friends Angie Dowle and Ian Drummond.

She was inspired by her neighbour Christine and her guide dog Zuki and the Children in Need promotions, which made her realise the importance of fundraising.
