TAVISTOCK U9s reversed the last few defeats they had suffered from the Sharks.

In an oustanding first game the teams were evenly matched with Tavistock tackling well but Stonehouse good at the breakdown.

Strong play from Luke, Morgan and Jason meant that Tavistock came back from losing a try early on to even the game up. Then a try saving tackle from Theo meant Tavistock could build and nearly nicked it at the death with a great run from Joe.

LOCHLAN, Tom and Jack took more control for Tavistock in the second game with six tries between them as the West Devon side ran out comfortable winners.

John, Olly and Cain all made their presence felt for the team.

This was a great way to end the year, in the heaviest downpour of the season but on a winning game.

The team went home happy and looking forward to next season.
