DANCE students from Tavistock and Yelverton are celebrating this week after their recent ballet successes.

The talented students from Rosemary Woodwark School of Dance included Jo Gregory, Annabelle Hess and Sebastian White.

Jo Gregory passed her advanced one exam with a merit — this exam gives her full membership of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). Only 440 students a year take this exam in the UK. She is now off to Oxford University to read history. 

Annabelle Hess passed her intermediate foundation exam with a distinction and is also a finalist in the World Triathlete Championships in her age group.

Sebastian White auditioned and became an Elmhurst Junior Associate. He will have regular, extra ballet lessons in Plymouth being trained by teachers from the Birmingham Royal Ballet.
