A GROUP of students from the University of Plymouth have decided to fundraise in Tavistock for the local charity Make A Difference Tavistock.  

Josie Stephenson, Phoebe Houlahan, Charlotte Troth and Beki Pilkington have decided to hold a big fundraiser in Tavistock Town Hall on Sunday November 27 between noon and 3pm to raise money for the charity dedicated to supporting people who have suffered and suffer from mental health issues in Tavistock.

Make A Difference Tavistock, located in Trident House, needs to raise funds to keep the centre open  develop its facilities and ensure the ongoing programme.

The girls pictured here are working to raise the profile and encourage the community to get involved with a local event.

The fundraiser at the town hall will include a coffee morning, raffle, cake sale, bric-a-brac and table service. All the fundraising will be going back to a local cause.
