STUDENTS at Okehampton College were recently awarded their NVQ certificates at a special ceremony.
Andrew Pearce was named as NVQ student of the year, having successfully completed his course in food and hospitality.
Laura Richards was the top student on the animal care course and the leading student on the early years education course was Claire Sandercock.
Around 25 students who had completed NVQs in a wide variety of subjects attended the presentation event last Thursday (July 15).
