A SURREY resident was the latest winner of the EX20 Lottery, scooping £86.40.
Andrew Lock, of Addlestone, won the top prize with B Jones, of Herons Brook, Okehampton, winning the second prize
of £43.20.
Dudley Luxton and E Palmer, of Okehampton, each won £10.80.
