SOURTON Women?s Institute produce show will be celebrating its 35th anniversary on Saturday, August 18. It starts at 3pm with classes for everyone ? including cookery, preserves, vegetables, flowers, wine, sugarcraft, handicrafts for both men and women, and children?s classes. There will be lots of trophies and rosettes to win, as well as the chance to view exquisite exhibits and enjoy refreshments. The show will take place in Sourton parish hall, with admission costing just 50p for adults and free for children. Sourton WI has only eight members and would welcome new ones ? so pop along to see the ladies and a cup of tea at the show. Show schedules are available from Geraldine on 01837 861414.
