POLICE in West Devon are investigating a serious sexual assault on a 16-year-old local girl. The incident occurred at a young farmers? disco at Hatherleigh Market, at about 12.45am on Saturday, September 17. Officers are particularly anxious to trace a man described as white, 5?11? to 6ft, and in his twenties. He had a shaved head and was wearing a pink t-shirt. He also wore a green wristband that was issued to him at the party to indicate he was over 18 years of age.
