THE story about Mid Devon Riding Club (Times, July 14) was linked with one of Mid Devon Pony Club with the headline indicating we are part of Mid Devon Pony Club.  

There is a difference between the Mid Devon Riding Club and Pony Club, with the Pony Club being for persons younger than 21 (or associate members under 25), whereas riding clubs are aimed at adults.  

They also cover differnet locations and the championships and competitions are different for each club.
