MANY people have heard about the Southern Africa Crisis appeal.

More than 14 million people in seven countries in southern Africa are facing starvation, and urgent food aid is needed now to save lives.

Save the Children UK have been very active in these countries; providing monthly rations in Zimbabwe and Malawi, lobbying for the extension of the School Feeding Programme in Lesotho, nutrition and health support and family tracing for child soldiers separated from their families in Angola, for example.
