IT SEEMS there is no winning for dog owners. If the good people of Tavistock pick up after their pets so much that the council can't keep up with them, I suggest they place a second bin in those areas so that it is not so unsightly. I only wish that the people of Callington were as diligent as the lanes around here are getting worse by the week with dog muck and rubbish being left within feet of bins on a major route used by the children to get to school — so sad.
