THE thriving junior section at Tavistock Golf Club celebrated the end of a highly successful season at their presentation evening last Friday.

An impressive array of cups and trophies was distributed to the players, won in a variety of competition events.

The junior?s most memorable win of the season was the Tamar Cup ? the Devon Junior Team Championship award.

The club captain?s charity fund has already donated £3,500 to the Children?s Hoispice South West.
