VISITORS to the National Trust property at Lydford Gorge will soon be able to take a different approach to see one of the popular attractions. The new paths, which will provide alternative routes to walkers visiting Lydford Gorge to see the Whitelady Waterfall, which is the highest natural waterfall on Dartmoor, will be formally opened by Roger Murray-Leech on Friday, April 27. It was In 2005 that Mr Murray-Leech made a donation to the National Trust at Lydford Gorge, on behalf of his charitable trust 'The Number 14th Trust', in memory of his late aunt Mary Watson. The purpose of the donation was to extend the network of paths at the waterfall end of the gorge.
