OKEHAMPTON squash first team had two matches this week at home to Paignton, unfortunately loosing 4-1. Arnie Searle playing a blinder to beat his opponent 3-0, Donald Rooke loosing 3-2, Rob Barkwell, Steve Yoe and Ian Pitts all going down 3 games to 0.
The next match was away to old rivals Riverside. Martin Leyton coming back, but still struggling with the knee injury had to concede. Steve Yoe just loosing 3-2; but wins from Rob Barkwell, Donald Rooke and another victory from Arnie Searle 3 games to 0 gave Okehampton a well deserved 16 points to 7 win.
