ALMOST £300 was donated to Christian Aid following the recent joint harvest supper at Tamar Valley Methodist Church. Anglicans from Calstock parish joined with the Methodists for the Saturday evening, with the three-course meal being provided by members of the Methodist Church. On the Sunday the guest preacher was Mrs Dorothy Grundon of St Wenn, Bodmin. Lessons were read by Joan Jelley and Cliff Philp and the organist was Joan Bose.
