PEOPLE of Tavistock and beyond do you realise what a wonderful bus service we have called Ring and Ride?

All you need to do is ring them up in advance and book your seat.

As well as trips into town and back some days they also go to Trago Mills Garden Centres, and into Plymouth. It is an excellent service, with very helpful drivers.

I have MS so I use the service every week. I ring ahead to book my seat for Friday into town. The bus comes to my home, the driver loads my mobility scooter onto the bus with his tail lift, then we pick up other people and are dropped off into the town, to shop, visit the bank etc.

We have a set time and a place to meet the bus again. We are then returned back to our homes.

We should make good use of this valuable service, at such a reasonable cost.
