THE 29-YEAR-old male driver who was seriously injured in a crash near Okehampton last week is in a 'satisfactory' condition in hospital.
The accident occurred near Betty Cottles Restaurant at Graddon Cross on March 6 when the driver's Ford Escort was in collision with a lorry.
He was flown to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital by air ambulance suffering from multiple injuries.
Hospital staff said yesterday (Wednesday) that the man, who is from the Okehampton area, was in a 'satisfactory' condition.
